The DMP Bird Scrubber is an inline cabinet-type machine that includes two sets of rotating antimicrobial brushes designed to “wipe”
and clean chicken and turkey carcasses . Available in multiple machine lengths with varying brush aggression levels depending on the
bird size and line location, these Scrubbers help to remove fecal matter and other contaminants without sacrificing product quality
due to scratching and tearing caused by other brush-type machines.

New Pre-Scald Model for Large Chickens
The new PSS-8 model Bird Scrubber has been specifically designed for
large chickens to aid in agitating feathers prior to the scalder, allowing for
improved picking performance with less overall damage to the bird.
By using a unique antimicrobial brush bristle and hot water on the spray
bars, the PSS-8 has proven to significantly reduce material and contaminants in the scalder.
