NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 20 Andhra
Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, I, M. Mahendar Reddy, IPS Commissioner of
Police–Cum-Addl. District Magistrate (Executive), of Hyderabad City do, hereby
order in the interest of public peace and tranquility that the Wine/Toddy Shops and
Bars attached to Restaurants (Excluding bars in Star Hotels and registered clubs)
within the limits of Hyderabad City shall remain closed from 0600 hours on
11-04-2017 to 0600 hours on 12-04-2017 on account of “Sri Hanuman
Jayanthi” Celebration on 11-04-2017.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21(1)
(b) of
the Hyderabad City Police Act, I, M.MAHENDAR REDDY, IPS,
Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, do hereby notify, for information of the
general public, that, in order to facilitate proper regulation of traffic in
connection with HANUMAN JAYANTHI on 11-04-2017, the following traffic
restrictions / diversions will be made if necessary:1) Traffic coming from Afzalgunj, S.J bridge, Shankersher hotel, Mukthiyargunj
towards Putlibowli X Road will be diverted at Gowliguda Chaman
towards BSNL office lane and towards CBS side.
2) Traffic coming from Andhra Bank and Rang Mahal intending to go
towards Gowliguda Chaman side will not be allowed and they will be
diverted at Putlibowli X Roads towards Rangh mahal side.
3) When procession
starts from Ram Mandir, traffic coming from
Chaderghat X Road intending to go towards Putlibowli X Road will be
diverted at Rang Mahal ‘Y’ junction towards CBS side.
4) When procession passes the Putlibowli X Road towards Andhra Bank, the
traffic coming from GPO will be diverted towards M.J Market at G.P.O
Abids junction in the limits of Traffic P.S Abids .
5) When the procession reaches Andhra Bank junction koti, the traffic
coming from Chaderghat X road towards Andhra Bank side will be
diverted at D M & H.S junction towards Sultan Bazar X road side.
6) When procession reaches Kachiguda X Road, the traffic coming from
Kachiguda Railway station will be diverted towards Badichowdi at Tourist
Hotel junction towards Barkatpura in the limits of Traffic PS Kachiguda .
7) Traffic coming from Azamabad will be diverted towards Crown Café at VST X
Road.
8) Traffic coming from Musheerabad x road will be diverted towards Ramnagar T
Junction at Metro Cafe.
9) Traffic coming from Himayatngar Y Junction towards Narayanguda x road will be
diverted straight on Narayanguda fly over. No traffic will be allowed towards
Narayanguda x road.
10) Traffic coming from Crown Cafe towards Narayanguda x road will be diverted
straight on Narayanguda fly over. No traffic will be allowed under the
Narayanguda fly over towards Himayathnagar Y Junction.
11) Traffic Coming from King koti and Old MsLA Qtrs will not be allowed towards
YMCA Circle and will be diverted at Cemetary towards Eden Gardens.
12) Traffic coming from Barkatpura Chaman will not be allowed towards YMCA
Circle and will be diverted at Old Post Office X Road towards Crown Cafe and
Kachiguda x road.
13) Traffic will not be allowed on the procession main road i.e., from Kawadiguda x
road to Praga Tools T Junction.
14) Traffic Coming from Karbala Maidan will not be allowed towards Kawadiguda X
Roads and will be diverted towards Childrens Park at Sailing Club T Junction.
15) Traffic coming from Lower Tankbund (From Kattamaisamma Temple) will be
diverted towards Upper Tankbund at D.B.R.Mills.
16)Traffic coming from Musheerabad x road will not be allowed towards
Kawadiguda and will be diverted towards Gandhinagar at Praga Tools T
Junction.
17)When the Main procession enters R.P. Road, the traffic coming from
Karbala Maidan towards R.P. Road will be diverted at Karbala maidan X
road towards M.G. road Ranigunj side.
18) Traffic will not be allowed towards Advaiah X Roads.
19)RTC Buses coming from Tankbund towards Bible House will be diverted at
Karbala Maidan towards Ranigunj and Ministers Road.
20)Traffic coming from Tivoli X Roads towards Balamrai will be diverted at
NCC X Roads, Narne Estate.
21) Traffic coming from CTO x Road towards Balamrai will be diverted at Lee
Royal Palace towards Brooke Bond x road –Imperial Garden and Mastan
Café.
22)Traffic coming from NCC X Roads towards Diamond Point will be diverted
at Narne Estate Point towards Karkhana Basthi.
23)Traffic coming from Bapuji Nagar towards Tadban will be diverted at
Centre Point towards Diamond Point – Karkhana.
24) Traffic coming from Medchal towards Secunderabad will be diverted at
Safe Express towards - Bapuji Nagar - Bowenpally Market.
25)Traffic coming from Balnagar towards Secunderabad will be diverted at
Bowenpally X Roads towards Safe Express - Bapuji Nagar - Bowenpally
Market.
All citizens are requested to take alternate routes to their
destinations and avoid the above routes during the specified timings and cooperate with the Traffic Police during the period of traffic diversion as above.

MUSHEERABAD POLICE ARRESTED A EX-CONVICT INVOLVED IN SERIES OF TWO
WHEELER AUTOMOBILE THEFT CASES AND HOUSE BREAKING CASES.
On 10-04-2017 at about 10:00 hours, the Musheerabad Police of Chikkadpally Division,
Central Zone Hyderabad, has been arrested one offender who is responsible for committing two
cases pertains to Cr.No.60/2017 U/Sec. 457/480 IPC and Cr.No. 76/2017
U/Sec. 457/380 IPC of Musheerabad Police Station. Previously he was involved in a series of
automobile thefts cases, committed in the jurisdictions of Police Stations Saroor Nagar, L.B.
Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, Musheerabad, Jubilee Hills and Gopalpuram.
He is an
ex-convict and convicted for several times.

Criminal background of the accused
The accused Kona Srinivas @ Don Seenu, is a native of Geddanapally Village, Kirlampudi
Mandal of East Godavari, he migrated to Hyderabad about 17 years back for eking livelihood and
involved in criminal activities. He is an habitual offender, committed automobile thefts
committed in the limits of Police Stations Saroor Nagar, L.B. Nagar, Vanasthalipuram,
Musheerabad, Jubilee Hills and Gopalpuram. Earlier he was arrested in many property offences.

HISTORY
The accused persons A-1 to A-4 are origin of Nepal and related with each other.
About 20-years back they all came to Hyderabad for eking out their livelihood by working
as Watchman and migrated in Hyderabad and staying in rented houses along with their
respective families. As they are all addicted to alcohol and other bad vices their earnings
were insufficient to fulfill their lavish desires and hence they started committing property
offences by targeting the locked houses. Their M.O. is that during their duties, they
identifies the locked houses by moving in the localities under the guise of watchman and
commits theft by entering into the locked houses by breaking open the locks and also by
breaking open the locks of the almirah and use to dispose the property to A-4.
On 10.04.2017 in the morning hours at about 0530 hrs. A-1 and A-4 were found
moving under suspicious circumstances with property suspected to be stolen near J.B.S.
park. They were intercepted by the Police and on interrogation they could not able to
answer properly. Hence, they were taken into custody and on meticulous interrogation by
Marredpally Police, they confessed to have committed the following offences. They were
arrested and the following stolen property has been recovered.

Wrist watch, a gold pendant weighing about 3-grams and one silver glass weighing
about worth Rs. )
2. Cr.No. 33/2017 u/s 457, 380 IPC of Marredpally P.S. (Net Cash Rs. 45,000/-),
3. Cr.No. 20/17 u/s 457, 380 IPC of Karkhana P.S. (4-Silver small bowls weighing about
18-tolas, 2-silver small Kumkum boxes weighing about 61-grams, one silver plate
weighing about 180-grams, one brass plate weighing about 70-grams, 2-silver glasses
weighing about 110-grams and one Sony Photo Camera and one Antique kundan set)
The good work done by Sri. M. Appala Naidu, Addl. Inspector of Police, with the
coordination of Sri. Ch. Umamaheshwar Rao, Inspector of Police, Marredpally P.S. with the
active assistance of Sri. B. Aravind Goud, DSI and the crime staff of Marredpally PS under
the supervision of Sri S. Gangadhar, ACP, Mahankali Division and able guidance of DCP,
