Features
83cm / 32'' wide roller
Compared to a normal iron, the Miele
rotary iron has an ironing surface 5 times
larger. Large items are so much easier to
iron with the 83 cm wide roller. A pillow
case, for example, can be ironed in a
single pass - that is, within seconds.
Variable roller speed
The roller speed can be regulated in 5
stages, allowing you always to work at
your own pace and most appropriately for
the textile type and its residual moisture
content.

Correct temperature for the fabric
To protect the fabric the temperature is
freely adjustable according the care label
on the garment being ironed. Three largesurface heater elements then distribute
the heat evenly across the roller for
perfect results.
High ironing pressure
During ironing, the heater plate presses
down on the roller with a force of 0.35N/
cm². You would have to press down on the
ironing board with a weight of about 7 kg
to recreate a comparable pressure with
manual ironing
Laundry table
Ironed laundry is automatically fed
through onto the laundry table below the
roller in soft folds to ensure it remains
crease-free.
Swing out arm
The iron has a practical swing out arm to
hold your ironed laundry, giving it a
chance to cool and dry without creasing
before you put it away.

Easy ironing sitting down
Ironing is quick and easy with the Miele
rotary iron – and you can sit down. The
light-touch foot control bar sets the roller
in motion and the heater plate presses
down onto the fabric, creating the ironing
pressure. Your advantage: you have both
hands free to work comfortably and
effortlessly.

backache, thanks to the ergonomic
working position. That’s a real boon for

Free roller end
Shirts and skirts are always fiddly to iron
by hand. With its free roller end, the Miele
rotary iron makes the gentle ironing of
collars, yokes and hems quick and easy.
Minimum storage space
The Miele rotary iron folds up easily,
occupying only 0.2 m2 of storage space
when folded. It has four stable castors for
ease of transportation.

Automatic finger guard
Ironing with the Miele rotary
iron is made particularly safe by the
patented finger guard. At the slightest
touch of your fingertips, the safety switch
stops the rollers and the heater plate will
lift to ensure you don’t iron your fingers!
Stability
The robust build and stable foot means
that the Miele rotary iron stands absolutely
firm and solid.
Emergency release
If there is a power cut during ironing, the
heater plate does not retract automatically
when you release the foot control bar. In
this case, you can release the pressure
from the heater plate manually by pressing
the emergency release lever. The laundry
can now be pulled out in the direction of
the roller movement. Your laundry is safe,
even in the event of a technical
breakdown.
