Participant Agreement
The information submitted on this application is accurate to the best of my
knowledge. I have read the Eligibility Requirements, Responsibilities and
Code of Conduct that govern the Garrett County Farm Queen Program. By
entering this event, I affirm that I meet all eligibility requirements and agree
to abide by the Code of Conduct and to fulfill the responsibilities of the Farm
Queen as determined by the Garrett County Fair Board of Directors if
selected as the Garrett County Farm Queen. I understand that should I fail to
abide by the Code of Conduct, be unable to fulfill my responsibilities, or fail to
continue to meet any eligibility requirement I may be asked, and if asked, will
agree to forfeit the Farm Queen title and scholarship.
