WEIGHT LOSS AT THE Y SHOW RESULTS WITH SUPPORT The Move2Lose program is a proven success in helping participants lose weight. Over the last 8 years we have helped our communities lose over 10 tons! ABOUT THE PROGRAM In this program you will exercise in a small group with a certified trainer twice a week for 12 weeks, but that’s not all! During your sessions (24 total) you will be provided with nutrition classes, food journals , exercises catered to your specific needs and abilities, as well as a variety of take home exercises and team support. With the use of ActivTrax your trainers will also give you exclusive additional workouts. You will receive a t-shirt and weekly newsletters to update you on how teams are doing at your Y. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION At the conclusion of the season there will be a 5K celebration for all participants in the YMCA of Greater Dayton Association. Every Move2Lose participant will receive a dri-fit shirt for participating in the 5K! Valuable prizes are awarded to teams with the highest percentage of weight loss across the Dayton Y association. The ideal fit for this program are those who have health risks related to being overweight or who struggle with weight loss. The Move2Lose program is the right choice to begin a healthier lifestyle. MOVE2LOSE T.E.A.M. (TRAINING FOR ENDURANCE, AGILITY AND MOTIVATION) This is our second step program designed for those who still have a few pound left to lose, are up for a more challenging workout, or for those who have been through our Move2Lose program before. We want to give you the best chance to succeed in your fitness goals and by moving to the next stage of our program we can target those who are in need of a different workout to move to the next level of fitness. *Anyone who has participated in M2L before will be grouped in TEAM.
