Mr. Toland considers the transcripts of taped interviews
for his books to be part of the working notes he compiled
while writing those books, and not the authoritative texts of
the taped interviews. Consequently, he has stipulated that researchers use the taped interviews and make their own transcriptions. Mr. Tol·and's transcripts may be used in conjunction with the tape recorded interviews, but must not be quoted
or cited as the authoritative texts of the taped interviews.

Researchers may not quote from the transcripts of Mr. Toland' -'~~ ~
