The seminar is organized by Transtional justice and livelihoods a Research group of
LEVE - Livelihoods in Developing Countries: Health, the Environment, and Poverty,
a research initiative at the University of Oslo and in collaboration with Norlarnet,
Norwegian Latin America Research Network.
The aim is to look into recent developments with regard to the right to reparation
under international law, with a special focus on past human rights violations in Latin
America and the right to redress in a Latin American context.
