Reading to them, asking them about the story you read.
For the “Home Reading” program, read the book to you child.
Then ask your child to read it to you.
Counting up from 1-10 and from 10-1 around the house in
Spanish.
Play games involving numbers like dice and/or taking turns.
When reading words in story books and/or signs of any kind,
ask your child for the name of the letter and the sound that
the letter makes. For vowels, only the short sound is taught.
