Keep from freezing What the Pros Know Spot as soon as possible. Be patient, some difficult spots can take several spotting applications. Not all stains can be removed completely due to differences in fibers, dyes, carpet construction, type of stain, length of time the stain has remained on the fiber, etc. A specialty carpet spot and stain remover effective on tough food & beverage stains. Removes iodine & Betadine® from carpet and hard surfaces. Can be used for hot transfer stain removal. RED DYE & Consult the MSDS for recommended personal protection GREASY FOOD SPOTTER equipment. 1. Remove solids and blot excess liquids with a clean, white absorbent cloth. 2. Apply spotter. Do not over wet the carpet. 3. Agitate lightly with SSS Brush/ Scraper. Work from the outside of the spot to the center. 4. Allow 1 to 3 minutes dwell time. 5. Blot with a clean, white absorbent cloth. Use SSS Brush/Scraper with a tamping action. 6. Rinse well with water and blot dry. For best results, rinse and extract with SSS Power Spotter. Important Notes: Pre-test carpet for colorfastness in an out-of-sight area. Difficult spots may require additional dwell time or repeated applications. Avoid rubbing and aggressive agitation, which may spread the stain and damage carpet fibers. CS-473 4/03
