Our frames are all welded for a solid structure that is built to last.
We use rust resistant enamel paint on our
tables. We know over the course of many
years scatches will happen. Our paint
makes them easy to fix unlike other finishes.
Slides easily for mowing

the way with their mowers to save time
when cutting the grass.

Hot dipped galvanzing

end frame is welded together. Our process

Picnic Tables Frames
When you purchase a Gerber classic picnic table you receive two one-piece
welded end frames, 2 braces, one center channel and the hardware to fasten
it together. We only use “prime grade” hot rolled steel that is made in the
USA.
You have your choice of finishes:
1. Hot dipped galvanized - Our galvanizer uses the ASTM A123
specifications for all of our products.
2. Painted brown, green or black with a rust resistant enamel paint.
Our products receive an acid bath prior
to painting for better adhesion.
14 Series
Our 14 series frames are ideal for campgrounds, resorts, RV parks, picnic
groves and other areas that are semi supervised. They have all of the features listed on the prior page. The frames are constructed with 14 gauge 1
1/2” OD steel tubing with 1 1/2” x 1 1/2” x 1/8” steel angle iron for the top and
seat supports.
11 Series
Our 11S series frames are ideal for heavy duty service such as public parks
and unsupervised areas. The frames are constructed with 11 gauge 1 1/2” OD
steel tubing with 1 3/4” x 1 3/4” x 3/16” steel angle iron for the top and seat
supports.
158 Series
Our 158 series frames are nicknamed “Mini Monster”. They are a little tougher than the 11S because they are made from steel pipe instead of steel tubing.
This would be the option if you are looking for a little more weight & strength
in public areas. The frames are constructed with 1 5/8” OD schedule 40 steel
pipe with 2” x 2” x 3/16” steel angle iron for the top and seat supports.
238 Series
Our 238 series frames are nicknamed “Monster”. This would be your choice
if you are looking for more strength and weight. The frames are constructed
with 2 3/8” OD schedule 40 steel pipe with 3” x 3” x 3/16” steel angle iron for
top and seat supports which gives it a don’t mess with me attitude.
Gerber’s Classic Picnic Tables
All of our classic tables are available in 4’, 5’, 6’ or 8’ lengths. You have an
option of treated or untreated lumber, cedar colored plastic/composit or
alumninum tops and seats.

Gerber’s Specialty Picnic Tables
Accessible Table
Our accessible tables follow the same frame
series as our classic tables. You can purchase a 16, 11, 158 or 238 series frames.
Our accessible table is 3” higher than our
classic table. They are available with both
single or double overhang. Either way the
seats are 6’ long and the tops are either 8’
for a single or 10’ for a double overhang.
The Gerber accessible table adds a center channel and an additional cleat that is
welded on to each end frame to support the
overhanging top. We do this to reduce the
possibility of the top boards warping over
time.
Tot Table
The Tot table is made of the same materials
as the 14 Series and is designed for your
childrens comfort. The top of the table is
reduced to 25” and the seats to 14” for kid
comfort.
Shelter Table
All of our classic picnic tables are available
in longer lengths for use in a shelter building
or wherever an extra long table is desired.
By adding extra frames, braces and center
channels the table can be built to whatever
length meets your particular situation.
Square Table
The Gerber square table offers all of the
qualities of our classic picnic tables with the
addition of “all side seating”. This table is
available in the 16 and 11 series. The top
dimension is 48” square. The overall dimension is 75” square.
Gerber’s Park Benches
When you purchase Gerber’s bench frame you receive two one-piece welded
end frames, all neccessary braces, fasteners and directions for easy assembly.
We only use “prime grade” steel that is made in the USA.
Gerber offers 14 and 238 series benches. You can purchase either series in a
portable or a stationary model. You also have an option of 2x10 or 2x4 for the
back and seat.

you are looking for more strength and weight.

Gerber’s seats, table tops & bench backs
Gerber offers untreated or treated lumber, recycled plastic or aluminum for your
seats, table tops & bench backs. We include the fastening hardware with your
purchase. You can select between lag screws, carriage bolts, elevator bolts or
stainless steel carriage bolts. Both the elevator bolts and stainless steal hardware have an additional charge.
Untreated lumber
Our 2x10’s and 2x4’s kiln dried #1 southern yellow pine. We route the ends of
the boards.
Treated lumber
Our 2x10’s and 2x4’s are kiln dried #1 southern yellow pine before treatment.
We route the ends of the boards. Our lumber is treated with MicroPro wood
Preservative Technology which is rated for above ground use. This is a green
approved product.
Recycled plastic boards
Our recycled plastic products are manufactured from high quality recycled
HDPE to create a long lasting product. Ultraviolet stabilizers provide resistance to color fading in our recylced plastic boards. We support all of our recycled plastic over 4’ with steel tubes to prevent sagging over time. You can
order the recylced plastic with 4, 6 or 8’ length boards.
Aluminum
We use 2 x 10 anodized aluminum planks. The tops are connected together
with end caps on both sides. We also include end caps on all of our aluminum
seats for both look and safety. We ship carriage bolts for fasteners when you
purchase our aluminum tops and seats.

Gerber’s Park Grills
We proudly offer a grill that is one of the strongest and most fuctional in the industry. The Gerber grill adjusts to four heights and tips back to add fuel and for easier
cleaning. The grate cannot be removed. The fire-box is attached to a steel support post and swivels 360 degrees. The handles swing down to prevent them from
getting hot. If you want a grill your patrons will enjoy using and one that is durable
under all conditions, this is the grill you’ve been looking for.
We have two models: stationary and surface mount. The stationary model uses
a steel post that gets cemented into the ground. The surface mount is furnished
with a steel post that has a plate welded on it so it can be bolted to a solid surface.
The firebox is one piece welded 3/16” thick steel plate. The grate bars are 1/2”
solid steel. The overall cooking surface of the grill is 15” deep x 20”.
After listening to many campground owners we added
a new option to our popular grill. We know cleaning
the grill can be a pain but, we believe, it does add
years of life to the grill if it is cleaned on a regular
basis. We added a dump feature to help your campground save time each week cleaning grills. Between
speeding up the cleaning process and extending the
life of the grill we think this is a smart investment.
Gerber’s Fire Rings
Our fire rings are very heavy duty, manufactured from 3/16” steel plate with a 1”
formed flange on the top for extra strength. The size is 8” high and 30” diameter.
Model 30FRG includes a 13” X 24” cooking surface which tilts back for cleaning
and re-fueling.
Gerber’s Bicycle Racks
Solve your bicycle parking problems with our heavy duty galvanized steel bike
racks. Choose 56” or 119” lengths, with single or double side parking. End frames
and wheel stops are of galvanized steel tube. The wheel rack is welded steel tubing and hot dipped galvanized after fabrication. The depth of the double side rack
is 40” and the single side rack is 33”. Anchor holes provided.
The bike capacity goes from 4 to 18 bikes depending on the model you choose.
Gerber’s Expanded Metal Table
A new picnic table at Gerber.
We have combined the durability of 3/4” #9 expanded metal with a polyethylene coating to create another high quality metal table. We have kept
with the classic rectangular shape and, like all of our tables, it is built to
last in a commercial environment. Our design is virtually maintenance
free and great for public picnic areas, campgrounds, national parks, restaurant patios and many other applications.
Our table comes in multiple colors (see below) and you can mix and
match the colors between the seats, top and frame. This table is available
in 4, 6 & 8’ and as an accessible table with a length of 8 or 10’.
This table will resist abrasions, corrosion, reasonable impacts & varying
temperatures. It is very durable, built to last and has UV protection in
the coating. Our expanded metal table will not warp, crack or peel with
normal use.
