PCC Catering
Welcome to PCC Catering
We are pleased to provide a wide range of food and beverage options. We request that all orders be placed at
least 7 business days before the event. Orders can be placed online with us at www.pcc.edu/catering. You
can also call us at 971-722-4316 with any questions or for help designing your menu. On a limited budget,
please call and we will assist in customizing your menu. Y our order is not finalized or confirmed until you
receive a confirmation email from PCC Catering!
Guaranteed Numbers
To provide the highest quality service, we ask that you provide a guaranteed number of guests who will be
served at the event. A guaranteed final guest count is due five full business days prior to your event. Billing
is based on the number served by the Food Service Department if it exceeds the final guest count.
Delivery
PCC Catering will be happy to deliver all necessary items for your on-campus event with a $50.00 food and
beverage minimum order per delivery. For smaller orders under $50, there will be a $15.00 delivery fee or
to waive the fee, the orders can be picked up and returned at the Campus Dining Centers on each campus.
Delivery and pick-up will occur according to the schedule that was arranged at booking.
Additional delivery within the same event will incur a $15 charge for each delivery, if the order does not
meet the $50.00 minimum.
Late Orders
PCC Catering will make every attempt to accommodate late requests based upon product availability and
previously scheduled events. A rush charge may be applied to a later order.
The fee will be $15 if the order is placed 3 days prior to the event and $25.00 fee for orders placed with less
than a 24 hours notice. Proper notice enables us to adequately order, staff, and plan for the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations received within three business days of the event will be subject to 80% of the agreed amount.
The Food Service Department has the exclusive right to provide food and beverage services when using a
college facility. Use of an off-site caterer is prohibited unless approved, in writing, by the
College Director of Auxiliary Services.

Miscellaneous Services
Compostable products are included with the listed menu price.
PCC Catering will provide linen for buffet serving tables.
Appropriate condiments are included in all catering prices.
The replacement value for any lost or damage equipment with be charged to the customer and will be included
in the final bill. Pick-up fees and/or replacement costs will be applied for any equipment moved away from
original space in order to get the equipment back.
Billings & Signed Contracts
Non-PCC clients will be asked to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking and final payment due 2 weeks
prior to the event. Orders placed less than 2 weeks in advanced need to be paid in full at time of the booking.
Campus departments and student organizations with a PCC budget code will place orders directly through the
catering website. The department ordering food will need to sign and return the Food Service Authorization
form prior to the event.
Events that are honored prior to receipt of the signed Food Service Authorization and require a 2nd
request will be billed an additional $25 processing fee. Food Author izations that r emain incomplete and
require a 2nd request following the event, may have further late charges applied weekly.
Weekend & Evening Catering
Any request for weekend or evening catering will be based on advanced booking and must be approved by the
Food Service Manager. Weekend or evening services may require an additional service fee in order to cover
the added staffing needs.
Note: Some operations are closed between academic terms. We are happy to service you. Please call for
availability 2 weeks prior to staffing arrangements.
Food Holding & Leftovers
All perishable food will be held for two hours before being removed by our staff. Due to Health Department
regulations, perishable leftovers may not be removed from the event site. PCC will not be held
responsible for food items removed without our knowledge and approval.
Guest Tickets
Guest tickets can be purchased from the Food Service Department. Guest tickets can be made for any amount
and are for use in any campus dining center. These are for one-time use and no money is returned for unused
amounts. You are only billed for the amount used.
Learning Garden
Catering can feature seasonal, sustainably-grown Rock Creek Learning Garden Produce in your event’s menu!
This option will require extra planning and coordination, so please allow two week’s advance notice.

Custom Menus
Looking for a specific dish for your event? On a Budget? No problem! We take pride in making custom
menus for your group and budget. We can use specialty products, focus on using organic and local or
create a menu based on a specialty theme. Custom menus require a 2-week minimum notice for
research, pricing and special ordering.

Food Services can coordinate the rental of linens for the seating tables if ordered two weeks in advance
of the event. The additional cost of the tablecloths will be reflected on your final invoice. If Food
Services is unable to provide a specific color of linen requested, the client may choose to rent the linen
on their own. It is the responsibility of the client to remove and return linens rented from outside of the
Food Service Department.
Learning Garden
PCC Food Service has been working with the Rock Creek Learning Garden since 2010, featuring
campus-grown produce at in-service, catering events and in the café’s themselves. The Learning Garden
grows over 70 varieties of vegetables and fruits each year, follows organic principles and practices, and
doe not use chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers. As, a consumer you have a choice to support
campus programs, student education, and local food systems
by purchasing Rock Creek grown food.
