(Hong Kong – 1 September, 2015) – Known for its delectable Cantonese cuisine, Dim Sum
Bar continues to amaze diners with its renowned “all-you-can-eat” menu, featuring a
plethora of traditional Cantonese delicacies during afternoon tea and dinner time. Meanwhile,
the Tsim Sha Tsui branch is also proud to present its adorable Panda Chao Zhou
Dumplings, winner of the Gold Award in The Best of the Best Culinary Awards 2015,
putting diners in awe with its adorable appearance and unique flavours.
All-you-can-eat dim sum in back!
Friends and family alike can devour Dim Sum Bar’s over 35 kinds of gourmet items on the
menu for 2 hours, with highlights including the renowned Steamed Shrimp Dumplings
with Chopped Bamboo Shoot and Baked Barbecue Pork Cream Buns, and new items
like Steamed Pumpkin Dumplings with Shrimp Paste and Deep-fried Shrimps and
Dried Fruit Dumplings. Each guest can enjoy a complimentary Stewed Pig Lung Soup,
or, for those with a sweet tooth, a piece of Baked Egg Tart with Bird’s Nest.
Available from 1 September to 31 October (Monday to Thursday, excluding Public Holidays)
at both Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsuen Wan outlets, guests can indulge in hefty servings of dim
sum classics over a 2-hour period from 2:30 to 5:30pm for afternoon tea (HK$188 per adult,
HK$168 per child aged 5-11 and senior citizen) or from 6 to 10pm for dinner (HK$208 per
adult, HK$188 per child aged 5-11 and senior citizen).

Dedicated in creating exquisite dim sums, Dim Sum Bar (Tsim Sha Tsui) has recently
participated in The Best of the Best Culinary Awards 2015, organized by Hong Kong Tourism
Board and co-organized by The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited. After a series
of intense competitions, Dim Sum Bar has been honoured as one of the Gold Award winners
with its creative and awe-inspiring Panda Chao Zhou Dumplings ($36).
With over 40 years of culinary experience, the panda dumplings is the creation of Head Chef
Lung Ku’s craftsmanship and creativity. The dumplings are available from September
onwards for a limited time only, captivating diners’ hearts with its adorable looks while
keeping the traditional and authentic flavours.
