Fortune Pai Gow Progressive
The Fortune Pai Gow Progressive wager is an optional $5 side wager.
The Fortune Pai Gow Progressive wager considers the best possible
hand among all of the player’s cards. To begin each round, the player
must make the regular game wager. Player’s must place their
optional Fortune Pai Gow Progressive wager on the sensor in front
of their betting position prior to the delivery of any cards. The sensor
will light up to indicate the wager has been accepted. Once the
player receives their seven cards, the game is played as normal.
If the player’s hand includes any of the hands listed in the pay table
below, the player will be paid according to the percentage of the
meter or the odds indicated in the pay table.

Pai Gow Poker is a 7 card poker game, which has
a 2 card (Low Hand) and a 5 card (High Hand). A
Joker is utilized in this game and is Wild, meaning
it can either complete a Straight, Flush, Straight
Flush, Royal Flush or above, or may act as an Ace.
Each player will receive 7 cards and from them will
set a 5 card (High Hand) and 2 card (Low Hand)
according to poker rankings. The 5 card hand must
be the strongest in relation to poker rankings.
Each player will make a Pai Gow Poker wager
before the cards are dealt. Once all bets are made
the dealer will deliver 7 cards to each spot of the
game, including un-played spots. Dealer will set
their hand according to the house ways. A player
may request assistance in setting their hand from
the dealer. Upon all hands being set, the dealer will
assist said player set their hand according to the
house ways. If the player’s Low Hand ranks higher
than the High Hand, the hand is declared a foul
hand and the wager is forfeited.
The ranking of the hands are the following:
5 Aces:
Aces: A high hand consisting of 4 Aces and the Joker.
Royal Flush: A high hand consisting of an Ace, King, Queen,
Jack and 10 of the same suit.
Straight Flush: A high hand consisting of five cards of the
same suit in consecutive ranking, with Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5 being
the highest straight flush; King, Queen, Jack, 10 and 9
being the second highest ranking straight Flush.
4-of-a-Kind: A high hand consisting of four cards of the
same rank regardless of suit, with 4 Aces being the highest
ranking, and 4 twos being the lowest ranking.
Full House: A high hand consisting of a 3-of-a-Kind
and Pair, with three Aces and Two Kings being the
highest ranking Full House and 3 twos and 2 threes
being the lowest ranking Full House.
Flush: A high hand consisting of five cards of the same suit,
regardless of rank.
Straight: A high hand consisting of five cards of
consecutive rank, regardless of suit, with an Ace, King,
Queen, Jack and 10 being the highest ranking Straight; an
Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5 being the second highest ranking Straight;
and a 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 being the lowest ranking Straight.
3-of-a-Kind: A high hand consisting of three cards of the
same rank regardless of suit, with three Aces being the
highest ranking and 3 twos being the lowest ranking.
2 Pair: A high hand consisting of two pairs of the same
ranking, regardless of suit, with two Aces and two Kings
being the highest, and 2 threes and 2 twos being the lowest.
Pair: Either a high hand or a low hand consisting of two
cards of the same rank, regardless of suit, with two Aces
being the highest, and 2 twos being the lowest.
Outcomes:
1. If both the 5 card (High Hand) and 2 card (Low
Hand) rank higher than the dealer’s, you win even
money less a 5% commission/vigorish.
2. If either your High or Low Hand rank higher than
the dealer’s corresponding High or Low Hand,
but you do NOT rank higher on BOTH, the hand is
a PUSH, meaning your bet neither wins nor loses.
3. If the dealer’s High and Low outrank your High
and Low, your bet loses. The dealer wins identical
or “copy” hands.
Fortune Side Wager
To play, players make a standard Pai Gow wager and the Fortune
Bonus wager. If a player has wagered at least $5 on the Fortune
Bonus, the dealer will place an “Envy” button next to his wager.
The dealer then follows house procedures for Pai Gow poker.
If a player’s hand qualifies for payouts,the dealer pays him
according to the posted paytable. The dealer pays any Envy
Bonuses at the end of each round. If at least one player has a
4-of-a-kind, all players with Envy buttons win. In the event
that more than one player has at least a 4-of-a-kind, all players
with Envy buttons win multiple payouts.
Note: A player cannot win Envy Bonuses for his own hand or the
dealer’s hand.
