contacted by complainant in November 2009
and sent letter to complainant admitting taint
but has not provided any other inf
17-Jul-09 3 complaints from former Director about his
old premises: 1. Large deliveries out of temp
control 6.30 - 9.30 on Wednesdays whilst
filling vans. 2. Danish pork loins not labelled
correctly. 3. Carrying chemicals in same
vehicle as food.
18-Jan-10 Complaint received regarding both staff toilets
blocked with faeces (to the top of the bowl)
since before christmas. Staff are having to go
to Asda to use the toilets.
