Going from Decimal to Fraction:
1. Find what the place value is for the last decimal point
2. Divide the decimal value by the place value
3. Simplify if possible.
Ex 1/ 0.53
The place value of the last decimal point is hundredth, so I will be dividing the decimal value
by 100
Ex 2/ 0.25
Again, the place value of the last decimal point is hundredth, so I will be dividing the decimal
value by 100
This can be simplified by dividing the top and the bottom by 25:
