Notification
The .15th December, 2005
No. S. 0. 99/H.A. 1211999/St S and 24/2005.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (V) of sub-section (2) of section 24
and clause (a) pf sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Haryana School Education Act,
1995 (Act 12 of 1999), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules
further to amend the Haiyana Aided Schools (Special Pension and Contributory
Provident Fund) Rules, 2001, namely :(I) These rules may be called the Haryana Aided Schools (Special
Pension and Contributory Provident Fund) Amendment Rules, 2005.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the
Official Gazette.
In the Haryana Aided Schools (Special Pension and Contributory
Provident Fund) Rules, 2001, in rule 8,—
after sub-rule (1), the following note shall be added, namely:"Note—Service of National/State awardees of aided schools
for the purpose of calculation of pensionary benefits
shall be counted upto the age of fifty eight years
irrespective of extension in service beyond the age of
superannuation.";
after sub-rule (3), the following sub-rule shall be added at the
end, namely:—
"(4) The rate of dearness allowance payable to the pensioners
shall be such as may be declared by the Government from
time to time.".
