¿Qué vamos a aprender? Qu`est

All pupils are encouraged to take an active and
creative part in lessons through memory games,
songs, pairs, group and team work. The children
develop language skills by discussing similarities
and differences and making links with other
languages they already know.

aprender?

Year 6
Year 6:
This half term our topic is Spain. We will
revise verb conjugation and word
agreement in the sentence. We will also
link this to new vocabulary related to
countries and traditional clothes.
Our challenge this half term will be to
research and prepare a presentation
about different Spanish speaking
countries, traditional clothes and music.
Year 5. Our topic this half term is to
describe the clothes we or others
are wearing. We will learn how to
use different adjectives to describe
these clothes in order to provide a
fashion commentary.
At Key Stage 1 pupils will be
responding to the language and
speaking with support. In Key
Stage 2 pupils will also be
taking part in questions and
answers, role-playing, reading
and writing words in French or
Spanish.
Why not encourage your child to teach you some
of the words, phrases and songs he or she already
knows?
