"Garibaldi Park Act", being Chapter 25 of the Statutes of British Columbia
for 1926-1927;
AND THAT the said "Garibaldi Park Act" was repealed by Chapter 46 of
the Statutes of 1953;
AND TO RECOMMEND
THAT the said lands be,constituted a Park "Class A" under the provisions of
Part XII of the "Forest Act", being Chapter 128 of the Revised Statutes of
British Columbia for 19.'3, and be known as Garibaldi Park.

MEMO
This Order-in-Council is for the
purpose of creating the former
"Garibaldi Park" a Provincial Park
and classifying it as a Class "A"
Park. The boundaries are the same
as those established under the
"Garibaldi Park Act".
