*Conditions for 2017 CIMB Preferred Privilege
1. This privilege is offered to CIMB Preferred members having assets under management** (AUM) with CIMB THAI as divided into 3 groups as follows:
1.1 Group 1: Average AUM of THB 3,000,000 - THB 9,999,999
1.2 Group 2: Average AUM of THB 10,000,000 - THB 29,999,999
1.3 Group 3: Average AUM of THB 30,000,000 or more
2. Average AUM shall be calculated as follows:
2.1 For CIMB Preferred membership starting before 30 Nov 16, the average shall be calculated by using AUM during 1 Nov 16 - 31 Jan 17 and shall
not be lower than those stated in 1. A letter will be mailed to you to notify your privilege by Feb 17.
2.2 For CIMB Preferred membership starting during 1 - 31 Dec 16, the average shall be calculated by using AUM during 1 Dec 16 - 28 Feb 17
and shall not be lower than those stated in 1. A letter will be mailed to you to notify your privilege by Mar 17.
2.3 For CIMB Preferred membership starting from 1 Jan 17 onwards, the average shall be calculated by using AUM during the month of membership
start and shall not be lower than those stated in 1. A letter will be mailed to you to notify your privilege by the following month.
3. Products counted as AUM:
3.1 Deposit, mutual fund, structured, insurance products having active status with CIMB THAI
3.2 Debentures (primary and secondary) products purchased with CIMB THAI from 2016 onward
3.3 This privilege is given to members investing any single product (excluding deposit) with an active status. In case of having only deposit
product, the client shall have other CIMB THAI product bundled with that deposit, except for CIMB Preferred members aged 70 years
or over who are allowed to have only deposit product.
4. CIMB Preferred members qualified as stated in 2. and 3. can select one of the offered three packages via specified channels only, which cannot
be changed later. The Bank reserves the right not to grant privilege to those not opting a package within the defined period.
4.1 For CIMB Preferred membership starting before 30 Jun 17, please choose a package by 30 Sep 17. Your privilege will be valid through 31 Dec 17.
4.2 For CIMB Preferred membership starting from 1 Jul 17, please choose a package by 31 Dec 17. Your privilege will be valid through 31 Jul 18.
5. Selected package will be delivered to you at the given address within 60 days from the date that you receive an SMS from the Bank.
6. We reserve the right to grant this privilege to clients who hold CIMB Preferred Member Card only. Please always present such card upon any
claim for privilege.
7. We reserve the right not to give this privilege to a client whose name does not match that on the gift voucher and not to re-send a gift voucher
in any cases.
8. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. The Bank’s judgment shall be final and conclusive.
