The Chef’s Table
For an unforgettable private dining experience during the holidays, savor
the personalized prix-fixe, four-course menu at Cannon Green’s Chef’s
Table. Executive Chef Amalia Scatena loves creating a custom dining
experience for Chef’s Table guests, putting her inspired spin on the freshest
available local ingredients—all specifically tailored to your occasion.
Whether for a birthday or anniversary celebration or a business
or board meeting, the Chef’s Table offers culinary delight in an
unparalleled setting, perched on our semi-private balcony overlooking
the restaurant interior and lush courtyard. On warm winter
evenings or sun-kissed Sundays, we can open the mezzanine doors for
an alfresco Chef’s Table experience.
Chef’s Table reservations are requested one day to one month in
advance,and we happily accommodate parties of 8 to 18 guests. Our
prix-fixemenu is $85 per person, and we offer wine pairings for an
additional $40 per person.
Cannon Green serves dinner on Tuesday – Saturday, 5:30 – 10 p.m.

The Trolley Room design draws upon its original industrial architecture
to create an urban-inspired structure that captures the charm of time
past. The historic and inviting atmosphere is coupled with modern
features, year-round climate control, wood floors, and ambient lighting –
all the thoughtful touches necessary for executing seamless events.
Designed for group dining, the Trolley Room can accommodate your next
party with plated, stationed and cocktail menu selections.

The Courtyard
The Courtyard adjoins the Trolley Room and includes a tranquil garden
with reflecting pools and rows of statuesque palmettos. Begin your
evening with an alfresco cocktail hour in the Courtyard which offers
options for food display stations, portable bars, evocative landscape
lighting, bistro string lights, candlelit lanterns, and a Sonos sound
system. A beautiful clear-top tent can be installed in the Courtyard for an
additional fee.
