check or money order only, for
each set, shall be drawn

be refunded in accordance with
Section 102 of General
Municipal Law.
Each bid shall be accompanied
by a certified bank check for
Bid Guarantee in an amount
equal to at least five (5)
percent of the amount of the
Bid payable to WARWICK
COMMUNITY BANDWAGON as a
guarantee that if the Bid is
accepted, the Bidder will
execute the Contract and
Certificate (s) of Insurance
within ten (10) days after the
award of the Contract.
OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED:
The WARWICK COMMUNITY
BANDWAGON, hereinafter
called the Owner, reserves the
right to reject any and all Bids
and to waive any formality or
technicality in any bid in the
interest of the Owner.
STATEMENT OF NONCOLLUSION:
Bidders on the Contracts are
required to execute a noncollusion bidding certificates
pursuant to Section 103d of the
General Municipal Law of the
State of New York.
Attention of bidders is
particularly called to the
requirement as to conditions of
employment to be observed and
minimum wage rates to be paid
under the contract, Section 3,
Segregated Facilities, Section
109, and Executive Order
11246. The requirements for
Bidders and Contractors under
this order, which concerns nondiscrimination in employment,
are explained in the Contract
Documents. Bidders are also
required to comply with the
provisions of Section 291-299
of the Executive Law of the
State of New York.
WARWICK COMMUNITY
BANDWAGON hereby notifies all
Bidders that it will affirmatively
insure that in regard to any
Contract entered into pursuant
to this advertisement, minority
