Towing Fees
The Company may charge up to, but not more than the following fees for the following basic services rendered by the Company utilizing
a:
Class “A” Light ( 1.5 ton and up) duty tow trucks under this Agreement:
Towing – Vehicles 10,000 pounds or less
$175.00
In addition, the following special services rendered in connection with Class A and B tow hauling under this Agreement may be charged:
Storage
$ 20.00
per day
Dollies /flatbed
$ 00.00
supplementary wheel systems
Winching
$ 50.00
for one or more hookups of the same vehicle
Waiting time at scene
$ 50.00
per hour, after the first hour on scene
Clean up
$ 50.00
per hour, (cargo /loa d) after first hour on scene
Extra labor
$ 50.00
additional manpower
Class “B” Medium (2 ton and larger) duty tow trucks under this Agreement
Towing – Vehicles in Excess of 10,000 pounds
But less than 26,000 pounds
$400.00
In addition, the following special services rendered in connection with Class A and B tow hauling under this Agreement may be charged:

Additional Class C truck
To assist with incident
Winching
Wait time/ $25 per 15 min.
Truck and driver after 1st hr.
Air bags
Fork Lift
Haul Trailer or Off-Load Cargo/Pay-load
Slide Truck/Rollback/additional truck
Additional labor/ Manpower:
To assist primary driver.
