E-Plan Automation System
•
e-Plan Automation System covers the digital spatial plans that
are produced, presented, published, served and archived
according to the GIS structure.
•
These plans must be prepared by the authorized organizations
and institutions which are using the approved standards that is
determined by our Ministry.
•
By using the e- Plan Automation System, spatial plans will be
generated, published in electronic media and shared in an
integrated method in accordance with GIS data structure.

GIS
Geographical Information Systems (GIS) provides powerful decision
support on many application areas from land use management to risk
assessment and helps to find optimal solutions for complex problems.

Plan GML
Environmental Plan, Master Plan and the Development Plan
legends have been standardized according to the features that
are published in the Spatial Plans Regulations' supplement, such as
color codes, border types, detailed classes, attribute and geometry
type.
In line with the standards set, to form the data structure of spatial
plans and to create symbol files and data validation to be done
within the scope of e-Plan Automation System, the Plan GML format
and a validation component is being developed.
