THE SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM !
Baptisms are usually celebrated the 1st and 3rd. Sundays of
each month at 2:30p.m.. Parents who wish to have their child
baptized at St. Frances must make arrangements with a priest at
the rectory; parents having their first child baptized are required
to attend a Baptismal Education Instruction. The instruction is
held the second Monday of each month at 7:30p.m, in the meeting room of the lower Church!

Couples planning to celebrate their marriage at St. Frances
should make an appointment with a priest at least six months
before their planned wedding date in order to begin their marriage preparation and reserve a date for the wedding. !

Dear Parishioners,
Tomorrow --- Monday, December 19 --- is called Reconciliation Monday. We will be offering confessions (in English and in Spanish) in the church from 4 pm until 7:30 pm --- a great opportunity to be prepared for the Birth of Jesus this coming weekend ... see you in confession. Please be generous in your
Christmas gifts to the parish --- the Christmas collection and the special flower collection --- envelopes
are in your packets ... as has been mentioned over the past few weeks today will be the last 6 pm Sunday evening Mass. You are reminded that there are Sunday evening Masses at St. Theresa's at 5 pm;
Our Lady of the Assumption at 6 pm and at St. Benedict's at 7 pm ... please remember that we are trying to create a more prayerful atmosphere in the church lobby and in the chapel --- we ask that you
remember that you are coming into church ... again, please come early, stay a few minutes after Mass
