The Acclaim package is a complete bathroom renovation, which keeps the existing layout of the
bathroom as is.
This fixed price includes:

Cost of mini skip.

Removal of all wall tiles (up to 8m2)

Your choice of bathroom furniture and fittings from selection below.

Water-proofing to all wet areas in accordance to AS 3740.

Installation of a Marbletrend shower base.

Construction of bath hob and installation of Marbletrend acrylic bath.

Ceramic tiling to all wet area walls, floors and tiled skirtings.

Walls to be repainted with Dulux colour of your choice.

Tile Selections
FLOOR TILES:
WALL TILES:
Tile allowance for floor tiles: $30 per m2 and grout. (Same tile, same grout colour) up to 6m2.
Tile allowance for floor tiles: $25 per m2 and grout. (Same tile, same grout colour) up to 8m2.
All tile selections will be made at showroom. NOTE: No allowance made for feature or mosaic tiles.
Paint Selections
Select paint colour from Dulux Colour range for walls only.

- Price subject to site inspection.
- Price based on level timber framed walls and timber level floors.
- Replastering of walls allowance of up to 10m2. (Not including cornice or any part of ceiling)
- Price does not include toilet, please add $570 inc GST to install new Stylus ceramic toilet, with no
change to plumbing, includes toilet roll holder to match accessory selection.
- Price does not include the removal of any asbestos or hazardous materials. This will be tested prior to
commencement.
- Price includes only walls to be re-painted, with minimal preparation allowed in price.
- No electrical work included in price.
- Price includes mini skip to be positioned on the property, no street council permit included in price.
- No provisions to repair any water damage.
- Price is for ground level bathrooms.
- Price does not include the alteration, repositioning or repairs of any existing plumbing points.
