2.NatureofDividends.Dividendsarepaidfromcurrentincomeandavailableearningsafterrequiredtransferstoreservesattheendofadividendperiod.For
variablerateaccounts,thedividendrateandAPYsetforthonthereversearetheratesthattheCreditUnionanticipatespayingfortheapplicabledividendperiod.
3.CompoundingandCrediting.Dividendswillbecompoundeddailyandcreditedmonthly.ThedividendperiodforBusinessSavings,BusinessOtherSavings,
BusinessMoneyMarketandEliteBusinessCheckingaccountsbeginsonthefirstcalendardayofthemonthandendsonthelastcalendardayofthemonth.Ifyou
closeyouraccountpriortotheendofthedividendperiod,dividendswillnotbepaid.
4.AccrualofDividends.Dividendswillbegintoaccrueonnon-cashdeposits(e.g.checks)onthebusinessdayyoumakethedeposittoyouraccount.
5.BalanceInformation.Theminimumbalancerequiredtoopeneachaccountissetforthonthereverse.Dividendsarecalculatedbytheaveragedailybalance
methodwhichappliesaperiodicratetotheaveragedailybalanceintheaccountfortheperiod.Theaveragedailybalanceiscalculatedbyaddingthebalanceinthe
accountforeachdayintheperiodanddividingthatfigurebythenumberofdaysintheperiod.BusinessSavings,BusinessOtherSavings,andBusinessMoneyMarket
accountshaveaminimumaveragedailybalancerequirementtoobtaintheAPYforthedividendperiodassetforthonthereverse.Iftheaveragedailybalancefalls
belowtheminimumrequirement,dividendswillnotbepaid.BusinessMoneyMarketaccountsthatdonotmaintaintheminimumaveragedailybalanceaservicefee
willbeimposed.
6.TransactionLimitations.BusinessSavings,BusinessOtherSavings,andBusinessMoneyMarketaccounts,transactionlimitationswillapply.Nomorethansix(6)
preauthorized,automatic,onlinetransfers,telephonetransfersmaybemadefromtheseaccountstoanotheraccountofyoursortoathirdpartyinanymonth.Ifyou
exceedtheselimitations,youraccountsmaybeassessedfees,youritemsmaybereturnedunpaidand/oryouraccountmaybeclosed.
Youmaychangeyourcheckingaccounttypeatanytimeinperson,byonlinechat,orbyphone,withaFinancialServiceRepresentative.Pleasenote,theaccounttype
doesnotautomaticallychangeaccordingtotheaccountbalance,activity,orrelationships.TheratesandfeesappearinginthisScheduleareaccurateandeffectiveas
