API Function Log helps simplify development PixeLINK Software

PixeLINK Software Developers Kit (SDK)
Providing full control of all camera functions, the PixeLINK
Software Development Kit is the software package of choice for
developers and system integrators who are integrating
PixeLINK cameras into their applications.
General Description
The PixeLINK SDK contains a full Application
Programming Interface, along with a sample
application with full source code, LabVIEW wrappers
and full documentation. The SDK is compatible with
Visual Basic, Visual C and Visual C++ on Windows™
2000, XP (32-bit and 64-bit) and Vista (32-bit)
platforms.
With the PixeLINK SDK, developers can integrate
PixeLINK cameras into their custom applications with
ease. The API is based on an object-oriented model
where the camera contains all the information about
its capabilities and functions. A small set of API
functions can be used to determine and control the
feature set supported by the camera. Integration is
simple and fast.
The PixeLINK SDK includes the PixeLINK Capture
OEM, a sample application that controls all the
camera functions and demonstrates camera
performance. The PixeLINK Capture OEM application
provides integrators with examples of how a PixeLINK
camera can be integrated into a complex application.
As well as full source code for the application.
PixeLINK Capture OEM also provides an API function
call log that shows the sequence of API calls used and
the parameter values any time a control on the GUI is
accessed.
API Function
Log helps simplify
development
PixeLINK Capture OEM also acts as a camera
configuration utility and provides access to camera
features that may not be available with standard
DCAM (IIDC) software packages.
PixeLINK also supplies full technical support along
with the purchase of the SDK. The support includes
access to our advanced support area on the PixeLINK
website, free software upgrades as well as personal
assistance from our experienced support team.
The PixeLINK SDK provides an API that is consistent
across all PixeLINK camera models that allows for
more integration with less development time.
