Resident permit prices during this period will be based on the midpoint between your vehicle’s
permit price based on its engine size, and its future price based on emission based charging.
For example, if your permit price is currently £163, and will fall to £112 from 2017, your permit
price will be halfway between the two (£137.50)

Cost of replacing lost / damaged permit (all other types) – lose the right for a
refund upon reissue of same permit.

Permit refunds
Refunds are payable for each full calendar month remaining on the permit
from the date we receive your refund request. There must be a minimum of
three months remaining on the permit. There is an administration charge of
£20 to process a refund request. If we have to cancel your permit because
of fraud or misuse then you will not be eligible for a refund.

There is a one off £20 administration fee when purchasing at the cash office
Suspensions
An administration fee of £75 is chargeable for each suspension (Regardless of the duration
and number of spaces required). In addition to this, a charge of £25 per space, per day is
charged. Please note that all suspension applications must be received providing at least
seven working days before the suspension start date. Please see the Terms and
Conditions (available at the bottom of the application form) for more details.
