RentalPro 230ES Electric Airless Sprayer
Pressure Valve
The pressure valve is located near the top of the compressor.
Turning it counter clockwise lowers the pressure and clockwise
increases the pressure.
Priming Valve
The priming valve is located below the pressure valve is used to
prime the pump before use as well and again during clean-up.
The lever should be pointed down to prime (picture to the
right) and turned counter clockwise for spraying.

Place Paint bucket under machine with suction and drain tube in the bucket.
Turn priming valve down and turn the pressure valve fully counter clockwise
Plug the sprayer in and turn switch on turn the pressure valve ¼ turn clockwise
Allow paint to circulate for 15-seconds
Turn the priming valve counter clockwise so it is pointing as shown above to begin painting
Clean-up
1. Turn priming lever down, turn pressure valve counter clockwise, point gun into bucket and press
trigger to relieve pressure from hose, turn unit off.
2. Remove paint bucket cleaning excess paint off tubes, replace with cleaning bucket, and remove
drain tube placing it in a waste bucket.
3. Fill cleaning bucket with two gallons of warm water and two cups of ammonia
4. Turn priming valve counter clockwise, turn pressure valve 1.4 turn clockwise, turn unit on, spray
solution into the waste bucket to flush all paint from high pressure hose. Spray till liquid is clear.
5. Turn priming valve down and let pump run until liquid coming from drain tube in the waste
bucket is clear.
6. Turn pump off, dump any cleaning mixture out of cleaning bucket, rinse and fill with warm clean
water. Repeat steps 4 and 5.
7. Raise suction tube out of clear water, turn priming valve counter clockwise, and spray with gun
until tube until spray mist stops
8. Using a rag and water/ammonia solution clean overspray off the rest of the unit. Overspray will
clean easily when it is fresh.
