Wood products are heavier then they appear
and may be hard to control when moving. Use
two or more people when moving wood products or severe personal injury may result.
Heavy panels can pinch or crush fingers. Do
not place fingers between or under panels during assembly.
Table can become unstable and tip over resulting in severe injury to yourself or others. To
inhibit tipping, evenly distribute 120 lbs (54 kg)
of clean dry sand inside each cylinder base
before attaching table top.
To prevent the possibility of serious eye injury,
always wear eye protection when using power
tools.
Installation:
1. Refer to Illustration 1. Lay cylinder base upside
down.
2. Refer to Illustration 1. Locate threaded inserts on
bottom of cylinder base. Thread a leveling glide
(from hardware pack) into each threaded insert by
turning leveling glides clockwise until leveling
glides are flat against cylinder base.
3. Set cylinder base upright and position cylinder
bases where table will be used.
4. Measure 12" (30.5 cm) from bottom of sand bags
and mark bags with a felt tip pen. Fill sand bags to
mark with 20 lbs (9 kg) of clean dry sand and tie
bags closed.
5. Refer to Illustration 1. Evenly distribute six 20 lbs
(9 kg) bags of clean dry sand inside cylinder base.
6. Refer to Illustration 2. Use two or more people to
position table top onto cylinder base as shown.
Align cylinder base to center of table top using
template attached to bottom of table top.
7. Refer to Illustration 2. Use the ¼" power nutdriver
to install six 11/2" screws (from hardware pack)
through cylinder base and into table top.
8. Adjust leveling glides until table is level.

each cylinder base and into table top.
8. Adjust leveling glides until table is level.

7. Refer to Illustration 4. Align center cylinder base
against positioning template.
8. Refer to Illustration 4. Use the 1/4" power nutdriver to
install six 11/2" screws (from hardware pack) through
end cylinder base and into table top. Install three
11/2" screws (from hardware pack) through center
cylinder base and into table top.
9. Refer to Illustration 5. Use two or more people to
position the remaining table top half onto cylinder
bases as shown.

10. Refer to Illustration 5. Insert connector brackets into
cutouts in bottom of table top halves. Ensure edges
of table top halves are aligned and use the
adjustable wrench to fully tighten connector brackets.
11. Refer to Illustration 6. Position support brackets over
seam of table top halves and align holes in support
bracket with pre-drilled holes in bottom of table top
halves.
12. Refer to Illustration 6. Use the drill and 1/4" power
nutdriver to install four 7/8" screws (from hardware
pack) through holes in each support bracket and into
pre-drilled holes in table top halves. Fully tighten
screws.
13. Refer to Illustration 6. Align remaining end cylinder
base with positioning template attached to table top
bottom.

14. Refer to Illustration 6. Use the 1/4" power nutdriver to
install six 11/2" screws (from hardware pack) through
remaining cylinder base and into table top.
15. Adjust leveling glides until table is level.
