instruction from others. And sometimes both experience and instruction are needed. Use the
planet diagram below to think about how you’ve learned what you know. In the left-hand planet,
list subjects and activities (sports, art, or music) you’ve learned through experience. In the righthand planet, list activities and subjects you’ve learned through instruction. List in the overlapping
section subjects and activities you’ve learned through both experience and instruction.
