1. Mechanics:
10% discounts on purchase of any of 99 models of televisions, refrigerators, air cons,
and clothes/dishes washing machines paid with a MasterCard card (the Promotion).
Attached is the 2 lists of MasterCard participating items in the Promotion, (the lists)
2. Promotion Period:

From 01/03/2013 to 31/03/2013 for the White Goods Participating List
(Refrigerators, air cons, and clothes/dishes washing machines).

From 01/03/2013 to 17/03/2013 for the Television Participating List.
3. List of MasterCard participating items in the Promotion:
The List, as attached, will be changed and / or updated in accordance with the
availability of stocks of items at each Nguyen Kim store. Changes / updates, if any, will
be made known to consumers at Nguyen Kim store counters and on generic channels of
communications deployed by Nguyen Kim.
4. Scope of the Promotion:
At 21 Nguyen Kim stores nationwide.
5. Eligibility for the Promotion:
Consumers who purchase any of 99 models of television, refrigerators and clothes / dish
washing machines (attached lists) and pay in full with a MasterCard card at 21 Nguyen
Kim stores nationwide.
6. Shopping benefits for MasterCard cardholders:

10% discount on purchase of any items in the participating lists, on top of any
available store offers.

Plus available store promotion benefits, if any, provided by Nguyen Kim.
7. Program Terms and Conditions:
a. 10% discount on purchase of any of items in the participating lists, paid in full with a
MasterCard card, (not applicable for down payment)
b. Direct discount on purchase value as shown on invoices, when paid with a MasterCard
card.
c. Each consumer / cardholder is offered with the Promotion for only 1 unit item of each
category during the Promotion, for e.g. 1 washing machine and 1 refrigerator.
d. The Promotion is not applicable for purchases made by businesses and online purchase.
No business invoice will be issued.
e. Earned discount amount will be paid back to the stores if purchased items are changed
or returned per Nguyen Kim’s own policies on returning and changing purchased items.
f. Program’s Terms and Conditions may be changed any time without prior notice; Nguyen
Kim can change the participating lists of the Promotion in accordance to the availability
of stocks of items at each store.
g. In case of any disputes decisions made by Nguyen Kim are final.
