We are honored to welcome you to the Joint International Neuro-ENT skull base course 2016. This
course is jointly organized by the Neurosurgical unit and ENT department Universtiti Kebangsaan
Malaysia Medical Center.
This course is open to Neuro and ENT surgeons / trainees and also surgeons in related fields. This
thtree day course will comprehensively cover topics pertaining to anterior skull base from the anatomy until the management of difficult skull base cases. The neuroanatomy lectures will be given in
3D which will enchance learning. We hope the series of lectures will refresh and update the participants knowledge The cadaveric dissections will be performed on fresh frozen cadaveric heads and
closely supervised by ENT and Neurosurgeons. We have four distinguished International invited
faculty from India, Australia and United Kingdom who have extensive experience in skull base surgeries. At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:
Know more of the anatomy of the skull base
Perform basic maneuvers
Be more familiar instrumentation in the operating room
