Movi Installation:
 Click here to install on Windows.

o After installation is complete, there will be a Tandberg Icon on the desktop, and a Tandberg
program group in windows.

 Movi works with most common web cameras.

Audio Information
 All microphones work well with Movi. Note that some cameras have built-in microphones.
Any speakers or a PC headset will work.
First-Time Users



Make sure Movi has been installed and a test call has been made prior to a scheduled event.
Launch Movi, (Desktop Movi Icon or under the Tandberg Program group in Windows)
Enter username and password (above) and select “Sign In”
Make a call

Start typing the first few letters of the location or person you would like to call, and a list of endpoints will
be displayed.
o Hint: Enter RGH, all endpoints at RGH are displayed. Enter NW all endpoints at Newark are
displayed, etc.

Hover the mouse over the endpoint you would like to call, and click the green telephone button to dial.
Hang up a call

Click the Red button with the telephone handset on it.

Can’t hear the remote end?
Click the “tools” icon (little screwdriver and wrench)
Click Devices
Make sure correct input and output devices are selected.
Remote end can’t hear you?
Confirm you don’t have the mic muted in Movi or in Windows
