Non-Refundable Design/Sketch Fee: $500.00 – Includes 2 sets of changes by client (Additional
sketches charged at $100/sketch) These designs could be hand drawings or Computer Aided
presentations. This cost goes towards the total cost of the project.
50% of total price is required as deposit prior to beginning the process. The remainder is due at
completion.
This price includes the creation of two separate designs, and allows for two revisions. Designs for
exceptionally large Murals, or Murals of great complexity, will cost more - usually 10% of the
projected cost.
If a job is "killed" at any time before the mural is started but after the sketches have been finished
the full deposit will not be refunded.
The area where the mural will be done will need to be prepared by the client. Preparation would
include clearing out any furniture and/or clutter on floor in front of wall and removing any pictures
or objects currently hanging on the wall to be painted. If nails are removed the holes will need to
be spackled by the client prior to starting the job.
All murals will be photographed for our business portfolio. This means that they may be included
on any printed promotional material and on the company website. No personal information about
location (i.e. house numbers or street names) will be legible in the photograph. They will be
blurred out. Business names may be shown and listed on the site as references. By signing the
price quotation you agree to have the finished mural photographed and added to our portfolio.

Terms and Conditions:
1. 50% of total price as retainer to start your project and payment in full upon completion.
2. Expenses for materials, any required insurance and equipment necessary to produce the mural,
such as paints and varnishes, brushes, airtight containers, water and ladders, scaffolding and or

costs. 3. Name Artkhalytis will be tastefully displayed in small text on the bottom portion of the mural. 4. Transportation /fuel expenses for the artist, to and from the mural site are additional and incurred
by the client. Pricing Guidelines
These are general pricing guidelines provided for your general information only. Pricing for each project
is unique and is influenced by the size of the piece, texture, technique or difficulty, duration until
completion and whether it will require special equipment such as scaffolding for high ceilings.
Faux finishes are estimated based on square footage of the space. Faux techniques range from
$25 to $80 dollars per square foot. We will make recommendations in selecting a faux finish that
will work best with the decor of the room, texture of the walls.

Price
We will discuss options for your project including budget, subject, size,

location, esthetics and timings.
After our initial consultation and upon payment of the drafting fee, we
will research ideas discussed and provide you with a detailed sketch of
the mural, sculpture or art piece. Drafting fee will be deducted from
$500
your total cost of the project. All drafts will remain property of the
artist. Note that not all projects will require a draft.
Based on the decisions made in the drafting process, a detailed
estimate will be provided. The estimate will include artist drafting fees 1/2 of the
(already paid), labour, supplies, travel time, scaffolding and any other Total Cost
necessities. With payment of 1/2 the total due, painting will begin!
You're one-of-a-kind mural is complete and the remaining balance is Balance

Please note that we have a minimum project fee of $2,000.
Once you have decided to begin the project and a deposit has been placed, sample
boards of the prospective finish will be created so that your satisfaction is ensured.

Consultations are free within Singapore. For consultations beyond Singapore, there may be a small
charge proportional to the distance and time required for travel. Let us know your location, and we'll let
you know if there is a fee.
The Agreement
Once we agree on a Design and a Price, we will draft an Agreement outlining in detail what we plan to
do for you; how much it will cost, a payment schedule, when work will commence, when we expect to
finish, and any other details pertinent to the execution of the project. We will both have a signed copy of
this Agreement.
(Square Foot is determined by multiplying the height x width of the painting surface)
*Price per square foot may increase if design requested is complex. This will be indicated in price quote
and determined at the time that the final sketch is approved.
Pricing does not include: Travel outside of Singapore, liability insurance or Wall Preparation.
Prices generally range from $50 per square foot for less detailed murals to $250 per square foot
for murals with complex detailing.
