FAIR 2016 PALMDALE AUTO MALL CONCERT SERIES LANCASTER, CA – March 2, 2016. Antelope Valley Fair Association officials today announced the entertainment and ticket sales dates for 2 of the 6 concert nights in the 2016 Palmdale Auto Mall Concert Series for the 78th Annual Antelope Valley Fair & Alfalfa Festival (Aug. 19 thru 28, 2016). Legendary classic rock band, Foreigner, will headline the concert scheduled for Monday, August 22, 2016. Opening the show for Foreigner will be Don Felder, formerly of the Eagles. On Tuesday, August 23rd, Country music headliner Hunter Hayes will hit the Miller Lite Grandstand Arena stage with special guest, Cam. Tickets for both shows will go on sale on Tuesday, April 5th at 10:00a.m., on-line, at www.avfair.com. Concerts for opening night, 8/19, and three other nights (8/20, 8/21 and 8/24) will be announced at a later date with the Rally KIA Arena events for the second half of the Fair, 8/25-8/28. Tickets for these two concert nights include admission into the Fair. Grandstand seating is FREE with the purchase of general admission tickets. FREE Grandstand seating is available on a first come, first seated basis. Children occupying seats for concerts must have a ticket. Children 3 yrs. old and younger are free with paid adult. A service charge of 10% will be added to each concert ticket price. Customers purchasing tickets online can choose their own seat tickets and print their tickets at home for these concert nights.
