to be good at analysing Case Studies

PDL will assist you in understanding the Concepts and Principles that underpin Strategy and Leadership. This will
then provide you with the ability to apply these Concepts and Principles to real-life Case Studies.
These are the following steps covered in our Weekly Tuition Classes:
STEP 1 - We teach you to use analytical tools and models to understand and measure the performance of the
organisation
STEP 2 - We guide you on using business information for decision-making from an organisational perspective
STEP 3 - We teach you to identify and explain the key challenges faced in the implementation of strategy
STEP 4 - We help you to consolidate your understanding of Strategic Concepts & Principles towards formulating
and applying broad strategies using real-life Case Studies
The above will be vital in Semester 1 2017 as this will be the final exam where Pre-seen Case Studies are going
to be available to candidates. PDL has over 7 years’ experience in teaching GSL and their tutors will assist you
