Arizona (1966) – Article handed out in class (attached) Questions for Homework: - In your notebook, or on a sheet of paper, write a 1 page essay explaining why you think the Supreme Court should reconsider the Miranda Rights. You should provide three examples from the reading to support your argument. 6th / 7th / 8th Amendment Notes: - 6th Amendment – The right to a fair and speedy trial. 7th Amendment – The right to a trial by jury. 8th Amendment – Protects you from cruel and unusual punishment.
