Need to add info to website o League affiliation document for PSC – Exec board to fill out and send to Brad o Strong board members with great ideas – communication and collaboration very important for smooth operation o u15-u19 tryout dates – please give feedback to Brad regarding dates o Uniform payment status – need receipts for all purchase from 2014 – please provide these to Ted st 1 VP – Emma Atkinson Emma's notes – o Possibility of discount for teams who enter cup competition at time they sign up for league. o CCSL Survey out to all teams o Payment for entry into CCSL league play – bill league..? o Travel – only Silver + teams from Redding area to be in league – will have to participate in seeding o Sunday play – looks like will follow similar schedule to last year – remind teams can reschedule o Need more AGCs o Some Sunday play - similar to 2014 – same start date as last year o Folsom SC hosting coaching license courses o Held try-outs on 2/21 – good turn out for all but U14 boys (ex Steve Beck) - Notable U14 g (felton) & U12 girls (betsy) as last year were teams recovering from previous team move to Ethos). - Will be two U13 boy teams o Will continue to nag coaches for rosters – got girls U9-13 so far o U9 boys – continuing to work with a parent/head coach o U15+ - need to set date. Notes from Metro: Any NorCal teams will be restricted based on US Club rule stating cannot hold tryouts before May 17. So will find that these clubs will be holding tryouts during that week. CYSA clubs do not have same restrictions but talked of taking into consideration the high school schedule.
