DAVIE FAMILY YMCA
AM ENERGIZERS
Mon, Wed, Fri—8:30-9:15 a.m.
A shallow water workout ideal for those wanting to focus on basic range of motion, cardiovascular, strength
conditioning and flexibility – combined with simple choreography and jogging steps with high energy and low
impact.
SUPER 60’S
Mon, Wed, Fri—9:30-10:15 a.m.
Designed to enhance each individual’s quality of life and daily function, making everyday activities a little
easier – this class will enhance your agility, range of motion and cardiovascular conditioning. Instructors
help participants develop strength, balance and coordination
JOINTS IN MOTION Mon, Wed, 10:30-11:15 a.m.
This shallow water workout is designed for people “easing” into a workout program or those who want to
improve mobility using stretching and strength exercises. With frequent exercise you can restore and
preserve range of motion and flexibility.
DEEP WATER AQUA POWER
Tues, Thurs—9:30-10:30 a.m.
A high intensity, low impact aerobic workout that allows for greater range of joint motion to provide
maximum muscle development. A great way to burn calories and increase your cardiovascular fitness;
flotation is provided.
DEEP WATER MOVEMENT
Tue, Thurs—10:30-11:15 a.m.
No Class for the summer back in August..
DEEP WATER FITNESS
Mon, Thurs—6:30pm-7:15 p.m.
A great way to workout, gain muscle strength, burn calories and increase your cardiovascular fitness. Jogging
steps and simple choreography with high energy and low impact in the water.
AQUA ZUMBA
Tue.- 8:35am-9:20am
Great workout and a ton of fun!!
H2O BOOT CAMP –Tues.-6:30- 7:15pm Intense water fitness in both shallow and deep water plan to
sweat wet!!!
FRIDAY AQUA POWER DOWN-Fri. 6:30-7:15pm Finish your week off with a variety of exercises and
stretches in both the shallow and deep water.
AOA AQUA FITNESS-2ND Friday of the month 11:30AM-12:15PM–Come out and enjoy a great Water
workout with Patty and chat about all the wonderful things going on in our Active older adults program.
