China depended largely on agriculture, and since some 3000 years ago,
has devised a system of spring-ploughing, summer-weeding, fall-harvesting and
winter-storing, which the lunar calendar is based on. Harvesting and storing in
fall and winter signified the end of a work year for
the farmers, and they welcomed the new year by
replacing the old with the new. Till today, the tradition
of celebrating the Lunar New Year is practiced by all
Chinese. The Lunar New Year occurs approximately
between January and February of the Gregorian
calendar.

What is the difference
between "࠻̙֍" and "՟࠻֍"?
"࠻̙֍" means you have taken
a look at something/some place
but cannot physically see what you
want to see due to personal reasons
(eyesight or height) or external
reasons (somebody blocking you in
front, an unclear object, etc.). The
negative tag "̙" must be placed
in the middle of the phrase "࠻֍".
In the text, the author cannot see
flowers, grass or fallen leaves because
it is winter.
"՟࠻֍" means you have taken a
look at something/some place, but
did not see what you were looking
for. For example:

Answer these questions in Chinese.
1
In which season do flowers bloom and grass turns green?
What does "఺྆ߏརཧĂ֤྆˵ߏརཧ" mean?
3 According to the text, why is the ground white in winter?
