Share Employee Pricing on Ford and Lincoln Products with Friends and
Family through Limited-Time A/Z-Plan Conquest PIN Program

To help celebrate another great year at Ford, U.S. employees and retirees will be
given one additional A/Z PIN for use between Jan. 8 and Feb. 29, 2016, to share
with extended family, friends, or neighbors.
Ford Motor Company U.S. employees and retirees traditionally receive four A/ZPlan PINs per year for personal use or to share with immediate family members.
Ford is providing employees and retirees with one additional A/Z-Plan PIN that
may be shared with extended family, friends and neighbors who currently own or
lease a competitive vehicle.
The unique, limited-time program, called A/Z-Plan Conquest PIN, is designed to
encourage employees to become brand ambassadors and help attract new
conquest customers to the Ford and Lincoln brands.
“Ford has America’s freshest vehicle lineup, so what better way to celebrate the
New Year than by welcoming new friends and family into the Ford extended
family,” said Mark LaNeve, vice president, U.S. Marketing, Sales & Service. “To
celebrate our team’s efforts in 2015, we want to give employees this unique
opportunity to share our success with friends and family who own or lease
competitive vehicles and encourage them to experience Ford or Lincoln products
by offering them the same incredible savings we receive as employees.”
Employees and retirees are free to give the one additional PIN to someone they
know who currently drives a competitive vehicle or has a competitive vehicle in
their immediate household.
“Our growth is enabled by our ability to get new customers to consider and
purchase our brands, and I would encourage all employees and retirees to
proactively engage friends and neighbors that are driving competitive products
and invite them to experience our Ford and Lincoln vehicles,” said LaNeve.
A/Z-Plan Conquest PINs must be generated between Jan. 8 and Feb. 29, 2016, and
used for the purchase or lease of Ford or Lincoln vehicles through Feb. 29, 2016.
After that date, the employee/retiree PIN count will be reset to the normal
amount.
To generate an A/Z-Plan Conquest PIN, please visit www.axz.ford.com and select
“Generate a PIN, Generate PIN for someone else,” and take the following simple
steps:
1. Select Plan Type “Family A/Z (including A/Z-Plan Conquest)”
2. In “Relationship” drop-down menu, select “A/Z-Plan Conquest.”
The A/Z-Plan Conquest PIN work the same way as traditional A/Z-Plan PINs. The
same rules and restrictions apply.
