Willowick residents can take part in creating their own scarecrow! All entries will be
displayed along the walking trail area at Manry Park. Scarecrows will be on display from
October 3rd through October 31st, 2016. We ask any persons or family to help decorate
our trail by participating in this holiday event.
All residents are encouraged to walk
through the trail and stop in at Manry Activities Center to cast your vote for your
favorite Scarecrow (1 vote per resident). Winners will be selected on the last day and will
be contacted to collect their prize! Please submit your scarecrow during the week of
September 26th - 30th to Manry Activities Center from 8:00am-5:00pm
Scarecrows:
-Will be labeled
-Must be weather resistant
-Free from any adult, political, or religious themes
-Constructed with wood or a PVC post
All Scarecrows can be picked up after November 1 from Manry Park.
The City of Willowick, Recreation Department, officers, or employees will not be held responsible for
any damage done to the scarecrows.
