be allowed to take home their ornament on the last day of school before break. Please contact Jules O’Herron if you

Responsibility and Uniforms
Students must be responsible for their uniform components. Student must have the correct uniform components for all
performances. We have a very limited supply of extra items that student may buy or borrow.
If your student borrowed a red polo, Star Trek show shirt or marching shoes, please return those items ASAP.
Guard members are expected to return the long black t-shirts used for the recent away game and Veteran’s parade
ASAP or the shirt may be purchased for $10. Guard members are also expected to return the Capri tights at the end of
the season or they may be purchased for $35.
Students who forget long black socks may purchase them for $1.00 a pair and students who misplace their black gloves
may purchase replacement gloves for $2.00 pair as long as supplies last.
Medications and Health of Students
Per TUSD policy, students are not allowed to carry their own medications except for a rescue inhaler or an epi pen. All
other medications must be administered by an approved staff.
If a Band Booster Nurse or chaperone administers care, we will now log what the student health issue was and how it
was addressed. We are now planning to send home a note to the parents/guardian describing the health issue and what
was done so that parents remain informed. If at any time we have a question or a concern, we will contact the
parent/guardian.
Thank you for your support! Go Badgers!
