We are writing to present you and/or your company with an opportunity to
support the Animalia Charity Gala scheduled for Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the
Jameson Center. We hope you will join us and enjoy an afternoon (2-5pm) of
entertainment, food at the Beastro, drinks from the Watering Hole (this is an over
21 event), unique silent auction items, and the Support Our Species (S.O.S.) Animal
Pageant which brings new meaning to a live charity auction!
As a non-profit public charity, Animalia helps over 30,000 people each year to
connect with nature and build positive bonds with animals through Education
Outreach Programs, Companion Animal Training, Animal Behavior Consultations,
and Wildlife Rehabilitation. We plan to connect more people to animals and nature
through the construction of Animalia’s Global Center for Nature, for which we are
engaged in a $2 million fundraising campaign.
Choose the best level of sponsor participation which suits your budget from the
following list:
Dwelling Sponsor = $500 Each sponsor will receive a recognition placard on a guest table. This
sponsorship includes up to 8 Gala tickets for representatives of your company (and/or friends and
relatives!) to be seated at the sponsored table. Each Dwelling helps to offset the costs of event rentals.
Watering Hole Sponsor = $1000 This includes 2-8 Gala tickets and a recognition placard on the bar and
helps offset the cost of drinks and licensed bartenders at this 21 and over event.
Beastro Sponsor = $2000 This includes 2-8 Gala tickets and a recognition placard on the food table and
helps offset the cost of catering and servers.
Habitat Sponsor = $3000 This includes 2-8 Gala tickets and a large recognition placard at the SOS display
as well as verbal recognition during the Support Our Species (SOS) Animal Pageant which helps care for
the animals at Animalia.
Ecosystem Sponsor = $5000 This includes 2-8 Gala tickets and a recognition banner as well as verbal and
digital recognition during the digital slideshow and Animalia presentation.
All Sponsors will receive recognition at the gala, in a printed ad in the Gala program (size based on level of
sponsorship), on-line through Animalia's website (www.animalia.us) and facebook page
(www.facebook.com/animalia.us) and other social media, as well as in Animalia's annual report (which you will
receive a copy in January, 2015).
Not able to join us as a level sponsor? No problem. We will gladly accept and appreciate your donation of a gift
certificate or item/service as a gift in kind to be offered in the Gala’s silent auction.
