There are several claims against ICBC w/a Fire Marsha]l report, RCMP report or any
attendance by ICBC. Details are all forwarded to Ministry Of Transport in DC.

occured at Ministry of Highways & Infrastnlcture worksite & Office.

1/ ICBC in Canpbell fiver has paid c)ut the trailer & knows the Ouner & Plate number
2/ William Cheung of McEllaney I.ngineering of Prince George knows the owner &
plate number.
3/ Minister of Highways knows ouneI & Plate numt)er
4/ Ministry of Highways in Ft St John knows owmer & plate number.
5/ Fomer P\ELA Blalr Lekstrom has conducted an investigation
6/ Dale Bunstead (ass,t to Blair L) -now Dawson Creek mayor has investigated
7/ I believe but an not Sure ifRCMP in Chetw)md have o`unership data
please pass on any information that you have obtained from your agent in
canpbell River to Work Safe B.C. in Ft St John.
No one involved in accident/incident investigation has Shared any info-atiOn out of privacy concems.
