CAN WE HAVE OUR OWN CATERER PREPARE FOOD FOR THE EVENT AT THE ARTSQUEST CENTER?
No. The ArtsQuest Center has its own catering service with a variety of food options available
(Page 3). Specialty celebration/wedding cakes may be purchased and delivered from a licensed
food provider or bakery.
CAN WE USE OUR OWN DECORATIONS?
Yes. You may use your own decorations; however, no tape, staples or nails may be used on the
walls or furniture. Any repairs or damage to walls, furniture or equipment will be at client's
expense.
CAN WE BOOK A DJ OR BAND FOR OUR EVENT?
Yes. DJ's and Bands may play at your private event. All DJ's and Bands must be properly
insured.
CAN I BRING HOME BAKED ITEMS TO AN EVENT?
No. Home baked items may not be offered at a private event. Specialty celebration/ wedding
cakes may be purchased and delivered from a licensed food provider or bakery.
W HERE IS PARKING FOR THE ARTSQUEST CENTER LOCATED?
Parking is FREE and located just a short walk away from the ArtsQuest Center.
IS VALET AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS?
Yes, valet set-up is available at an additional fee.
HOW DO WE GET TO THE ARTSQUEST CENTER?
The ArtsQuest Center is located at 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA 18015. Older GPS
devices may not have this address. Visit the ArtsQuest website for directions.
ARE TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING?
No. All menu options will have an addition 6% tax and 20% gratuity added on.
W HAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FACILITY FEE?

DOES THE ARTSQUEST CENTER PROVIDE AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT (SCREENS, PROJECTORS, MICROPHONES)?
Yes. The ArtsQuest Center can provide audio/visual equipment at an additional cost.
CAN I HOLD MY CEREMONY AT THE ARTSQUEST CENTER?
Yes. There is a $750 flat ceremony fee. Ceremony locations depend on space availability and

BLAST FURNACE ROOM & LOFT

The Blast Furnace Room is on the 2 floor of the ArtsQuest Center. This room is 3,460 square feet and
can hold up to 180 guests for a sit down reception with a dance floor. This space rents at $250 an hour
with a 2 hour set up fee and 1 hour break down fee added to the actual event time. This rental fee
includes our house linen, tables, chairs, and china. For a Saturday evening there is a $14,000 minimum
(facility fees, food, beverage, tax, and gratuity) for the space. Below are diagrams for the Blast Furnace
Room; these set-ups are only here to give an idea of the space and are not the only set-ups we do.

MUSIKFEST CAFÉ

The Musikfest Café is on the 3 and 4 floors of the ArtsQuest Center. The room is 7,310 square feet
and can accommodate groups of 175-350. This space rents for $400 an hour with a 2 hour set up fee
and 1 hour break down fee added to the actual even time. This rental fee includes our house linen,
tables, chairs, and china. For this room there are also audio visual fees as it is normally a concert

a Friday evening there is a $25,000 minimum and for a Saturday evening there is a $30,000 minimum for
