Word Search Contest Official Rules
1) No purchase or obligation necessary to win.
2) How to enter: To enter the Word Search Contest, come into any of our three
locations or visit our website at www.farmersnationalbank.com, during the contest
period (May 1, 2017 – May 31, 2017) to obtain a Word Search. The Word Search is to
be completed and contain the contestant’s name, the name of the parent/ guardian if
under the age of 18, and a phone number where winner can be reached and may be
delivered to any of our three locations. Contestants are eligible to submit one entry to
only one Farmers National Bank office. If multiple entries are submitted the contestant
will be disqualified from the contest.
3) Eligibility: The Word Search Contest is open to legal U.S. residents. Employees of
Farmers National Bank and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and
siblings, and each of their respective spouses) or members of the household of these
individuals are not eligible. All entries must be received on or by May 31, 2017 to be
eligible for prizes.
4) Prizes: One $115 cash prize for each office will be awarded to the winners.
5) Winner Selection: To determine the winner at each FNB office, the individual with
the most correct answers will be placed in a drawing. Winners will be selected by staff
at Farmers National Bank. Winners need not be present to win. Each office will select a
winner on June 1, 2017.
6) Odds: Odds of being selected, as a Word Search Contest winner will depend on the
total number of eligible entries received from each office.
7) Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winners will be notified by phone. An invalid
phone number may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8) Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to The Official Rules and the
decision of the employees and Farmers National Bank, which shall be final in all
respects. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to, where legal, the use of their
names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional
compensation or consideration. Contest entries will be kept by Farmers National Bank.
9) Winners List: For the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped
envelope to: "The Word Search Contest, c/o Farmers National Bank, PO Box 157,
Prophetstown, IL 61277." Requests must be received no later than June 30, 2017.
