There are 80 Associations
boasting over 13000 participants,
just in Ontario!
Ringette players have the
reputation for being terrific
skaters, which is why Ringette is
often called “the fastest game on
ice”.
Ringette is a sport for life,
beginning with learn to skate
programs, and spanning all the
way to competitive or noncompetitive adult leagues.

U9 – U18+ Divisions – Games with other associations, stay fit, make friends and have fun. Season is
from September – April. For all divisions emphasis is on fun, fitness and friendships.

U7 (Learn to Skate)
U8 (Learn to Play)
Learn to skate program for kids
age 3-6. Free registration with
sale of raffle tickets*.
Designed for Kids that can
skate on their own. (Kids age 4-7,
& discounted registration*)
Two Sessions to choose from –
Fall or Winter or choose both
Development of skating skills,
fitness, strength, and balance.
Fall Sept – Nov (10 weeks),
Winter Feb – Mar (7 weeks)
Introduction of basic ringette
rules.
Sessions on Saturday at Karl
Homuth Arena at 1pm.
Equipment – Hockey Skates,
Helmet, Mask & Gloves/Mittens
Emphasis on fun and skating
fundamentals.
Full Equipment–Ringette Mask.
Saturday House League games
& sign up option for fun games
with other Ringette Associations.
Non-competitive and no scores
are shown on clock.
Weekly practices + 12 weeks of
skating fundamentals taught by a
certified skating instructor.
