Japanese Black Trifele (Indeterminate)

Tomatoes
Amish Paste (Indeterminate) bright red 8-12oz fruits vary
in shape from ox heart to rounded plum. Delicious flesh is juicy and
meaty, excellent for sauce or fresh eating. Seed originated from the
Amish near Lancaster, PA.
Black Cherry (Indeterminate) This truly black cherry to-
mato was bred in Florida by the late Vince Sapp. Pick loads of these perfectly round, dark fruits with rich, sweet, dynamic flavor from just one
plant. Great for shish-kebabs, salads (they’re striking!), or just eating in
the garden. Vines are quite vigorous, so use a tall cage.
Peppers
Bull Nose Bell This is one of the first medium-large “bell”-type
peppers. Delicious good-sized fruit are great in salads or for cooking.
Chervena Chuska Bulgarian pepper traditionally used for
roasting; also delicious eaten fresh. Flesh is sugary sweet. Robust plants
produce large tapered fruits measuring 2” wide by 6” long. Fruits ripen
from green to brown to vivid red. 85 days from transplant. Sweet.
Black from Tula (Indeterminate) Good yields of brown-red Corno di Toro Giallo The traditional favorite of Italy. Long
slightly flattened globes weighing up to 14oz. Rich full flavor, great for
slicing and canning. Russian heirloom
Brandywine (Indeterminate)
Named after Brandywine
creek in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Large vines produce deep red
8-12oz fruits with excellent flavor. Very productive.
Dester (Indeterminate) Seed originated from an Amish woman
in Seymour, Missouri who had received them from a family in Germany. Luscious pink-red beefsteak tomato weighing up to 1lb. winner of
seed Savers Exchange tomato tasting contest in 2011 and runner up in
2012.
German Pink (Indeterminate) Potato leaf plants produce
large 1-2 pound beefsteak fruits. Meaty flesh with few seeds, very little
cracking or blossom scars. Full sweet flavor. Excellent for canning,
freezing, and slicing.
Gold Medal (Indeterminate)
A large yellow tomato
streaked with red stripes. Firm and smooth with very little acid. One of
our all-time favorites and one of the few original varieties we grow year
after year.
Japanese Black Trifele (Indeterminate)
High yields of blemish-free fruits that rarely crack. Rich full flavor,
great for canning. The tomatoes are the size of a Bartlett pear (and are
shaped like one) weighing around 4-5oz each. Potato leaf variety.
Jaune Flamme (Indeterminate)
Beautiful heirloom from France. Early crops of apricot colored 4oz.
fruits. Excellent fruity flavor with a perfect blend of sweet and tart.
Great for drying or roasting while keeping its deep orange color.
Martinos Roma(Determinate)
Italian heirloom with a heavy set of mild 2-3oz fruits. It is perfectly
suited for making sauce, salsa and paste.
Mexico Midget (Indeterminate)
winner of Seed Savers Exchange tomato tasting in 2014. Hundreds of
½ to ¾ dark red cherry tomatoes on each plant. Great for salads and
snacking. Prolific producer throughout the whole growing season.
8” tapered, bull horn shaped golden yellow peppers are sweet and spicy.
They are great fresh or roasted.
Fish The color of the fruit range from green, orange, brown, white
and red, being spicy and hot. What really makes this pepper stand out
is its wonderful foliage, as the 2-feet tall plants have stunning white and
green mottled leaves, which makes this variety superb for ornamental
and edible landscaping.
Jalapeño The jalapeño is a medium-sized chili pepper. A mature
jalapeño fruit is 5–10 cm long and hangs down with a round, firm,
smooth flesh of 1–1.5 in wide.
Jimmy Nardello The see was given by Jimmy Nardello to Seed
Savers Exchange whose mother brought the seeds to the U.S. when she
immigrated from the Basilica region of Italy in 1887. One of the very
best for frying. Productive plants are loaded with glossy red 10” long
sweet peppers.
King of the North The best red bell pepper we know for
northern gardeners where the seasons are cool and short. Blocky uniform fruits are excellent for stuffing or fresh eating. Sweet.
Miniature Yellow Bell Short stocky plants covered with
lovely 2” long miniature yellow bell peppers with an excellent fresh
flavor. One of our favorites because it produces early and heavy! Great
for salads. Sweet.
Quadrato Asti Giallo A large blocky bell pepper from Italy.
Green peppers ripen very slowly to golden yellow. Thick crisp flesh
with delicious sweet spicy flavor when either green or yellow. We call it
the Green Bay Packer pepper because of it’s beautiful green and yellow
colors! Sweet.
Wenk’s Yellow Hot The Three-inch long wax peppers with
thick walls, ripen from yellow to bright orange then red. Grown by the
late Eris Wenk, one of the last large truck farmers in Albuquerque’s
South Valley. A great variety for canning and pickling. Medium hot.
Nyagous (Indeterminate)
A wonderful, dark-colored ‘cluster tomato’ that produces perfect globeshaped fruit that have smooth shoulders and are borne in clusters of
3-6 tomatoes! They are aromatic and have sweet, meaty flesh that has a
rich taste.
Sheboygan (Indeterminate)
Grown since the early 1900s by Lithuanian immigrants in Sheboygan,
Wisconsin. Pink paste type with 4-6oz fruits. Heavy yields are great for
canning.
Sungold (Indeterminate) This is one of the tastiest orange
cherry tomatoes out there! Sweet, tangy taste throuout the season
wihtout any blemishes.
Sunrise Bumble Bee (Indeterminate) The fruits have a
bright, sweet flavor with vibrant fire engine red with golden orange
striping. Stunning cherry tomato with great flavor.
Wapsipnicon Peach (Indeterminate) (aka Yellow Peach,
White Peach) named after the Wapsipinicon River in northeast Iowa.
Heavy producer of 2” round fuzzy yellow fruits. Sweet, juicy, well-balanced flavor. Winner of SSE’s 2006 Tomato Tasting. Rot resistant.

are to be picked up on Saturday, May 20 from 9am to 1pm Extra unsold tomatoes and peppers and a limited number of heirloom and
unusual varieties vegetables and herbs and will be made available for purchase on these select weekends. 4. If unable to pick up on the previous dates, arrangements need to be made prior to those weekends. 5. There is no guarantee/warranty on any plant listed. We take good
care in producing top quality plants but are not responsible for improper planting procedures and extremes in weather and predators. 6.
Should any variety become sold out or not available, we will reimburse you for the full amount of that plant prior to the pick up date. 7. All
taxes and handling fees are covered in the prices of the plants.
